Malga Riondera opens its kitchen on friday night, saturday night and sunday at lunch. 

Saturday at dinner and sunday at lunch you can try our fixed menu based on seasonal product and agricultural tradition.

The food that we offer is producted on our farm, we buy from local and organic farmers or from Fair Trade shops what we cannot make ourselves.

The price of the menu is 25 euro/person and includes appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, water from our spring, home made bread. It is also possible to taste a reduced menu that includes appetizer, first or second course, dessert, water, bread for 18 euro/person.


On friday night, only for the guests of the Malga, is the “Cena con il contadino” (dinner with the farmer). We propose a cheese and cured meat selection with honey and chutneys, omelette with wild herbs, polenta and vegetables. The price of the dinner is 15 euro/person.
