Malga Riondera opens its kitchen on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday.
The food we offer is almost entirely produced on our farm; what we cannot self-produce is purchased from small local or organic producers or from the fairtrade market circuit.
The dishes offered are linked to the seasons and the peasant tradition in order to make the most of the local products.
On Friday evening we propose the “Malga Dinner”, a tasting of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by honey and mustards, polenta and vegetables. The price is 18 euro/person, including tasting, dessert, spring water, homemade bread, mocha coffee or herbal tea.
Saturday evening we offer the “Farmer’s Dinner”: appetizer, main dish and dessert at the price of 20 euro/person. Spring water, homemade bread, mocha coffee or herbal tea are included in the price.
Sunday we open from 10 to 18 so it will be possible to stop for a slice of cake, a cold cuts platter or a hot dish.
The dishes are also available in a vegetarian version. Upon request, we can provide alternatives for intolerances.
For groups (minimum 10 people) you can book our fixed menu. The price for the complete menu is 30 euro/person and includes appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, spring water, homemade bread.
